Zhejiang Quality Technical Supervision Bureau is a provisional authority specialized in testing and related technical service of products' quality in Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Fangyuan Test Group is the authoritative test organization subordinates to Zhejiang Quality Technical Supervision Bureau ­ the first test group in the State Quality Technical Supervision System to coordinate with the technical organization reformation and the challenge of WTO accession, and also the third party impartial test agency in Zhejiang Province with the widest test range and strongest comprehensive ability. Zhejiang Quality Supervision Automobile Test Center Co., Ltd. Yongkang Test Institute is a subordinate unit directly under Zhejiang Quality Technical Supervision Bureau and Zhejiang Fangyuan Test Group, as a third party impartial research and test organization in Zhejiang Province for motorcycle. This laboratory was established to provide a high-level authoritative test platform for the healthy development of motorcycle industry in Zhejiang Province, to break technical barrier for exporting products, and to provide first quality and high effeciency technical service to regional motorcycle industry, such as testing technology research and development and technical innovation. In April 2008, the laboratory has passed provincial metrology accreditation and examination approval, and thereafter, it was approved by KBA in Germany in May 2008.
