Zhejiang Automobiles, Motorcycles & Spare Parts Quality Test Center is engaged in test and inspection of automobiles, motorcycles, ATVs, motor engines and spare parts. This center is rich in technique and has a testing crew of 27 people, more than 90﹪of which are technique professionals. Among these professionals, there are 2 senior engineers, 10 engineers, 3 test professionals in “3C” certification factory inspection and 4 test professionals in Product Permit. By means of strict technical training, testing technical workers were armed with solid theoretical knowledge and rich test experience.

This laboratory is blessed with sound infrastructure, satisfactory management system and advanced test methods. Major instruments and equipments are imported from America and Japan. The test equipments are all of fine function, with investment of 7 million RMB. The test building covers an area of about 2300 square meters, consisting of simulation path for motorcycles, test laboratory for exhaust pollutants emission, test laboratory for engine performance and test laboratory to perform whole vehicle function, masses and dimensions, lightings, battery, spare parts (including rear view mirror, locking devices, horn etc.) and environment test, capable of meeting the performance test requirements of all kinds of motorcycles, engines and safety components. And a standard test site for sound level and braking performance is under construction.
