In 7^th June, 2008, after preparing for more than two years, Zhejiang Quality Supervision Automobile Test Center Yongkang Test Institute was finally opened with Ribbon-cutting Ceremony under people's focus!

Important Personnels from national, provincial, and municipal organizations were attending this Opening Ceremony. They are as follows: Zhejiang Quality Technical Supervision Bureau, Jinhua Quality Technical Supervision Bureau, Jinhua Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Yongkang Municipal Government, Yongkang Quality Technical Supervision Bureau, Yongkang Foreign Trade and Economic Bureau, Zhejiang Leisure Vehicle Trade Association, China Quality Certification Center Third Office, China Automotive Technology Research Center, Zhejiang Quality Technical Supervision and Testing Institute, Zhejiang Fangyuan Testing Group, Tianjin Internal Combustion Engine Research Office, Tianjin Motorcycle Technical Center. Besides, some international certification organization, and some motorcycle and leisure vehicle's manufacturer have also attended the Opening Ceremony.

After the Opening Ceremony, all the manufacturers have attended the Technical Forum as well. In the Forum, Ren Guoqin, Deputy Chief of Chinese Quality Certification Center Third Office, and Li Weiquan, Vehicle Testing Engineer of Vehicle Testing Center have introduced people about the development trend of Chinese Motorcycle and All-Terrain-Vehicle Certification, and the detailed requirements regarding to European EEC type approval, the purpose of which is to give supports to vehicle manufacturers and to help them over difficulties!

The establishment of Zhejiang Automobile Test Center Yongkang Test Institute has filled up the drawback that there is no complete automobile test lab in Zhejiang Province, providing home-like convenience to enterprises, playing important efforts in the improvement of vehicle quality and enterprises' development, and giving good platform for the development of Zhejiang vehicle industrial!
